they're literally RIGHT lmfao women who work out & have very low body fats typically lose their periods. otherwise, athletes chemically stop their periods w birth control like iuds. i get breakthrough bleeding (spotting) for 2 days every 4 mths now 😁 i used to bleed VERY heavily
