@jwehner4 @TrckFootball The main thing I tell athletes, if you can't put in 12-16 hours of work in HS per week. Your likelihood of surviving in College is small when you are 16-20 hours per week minimum and as a pro 20+.

@jwehner4 @TrckFootball If you coach & do not think what an athlete does over the course of their athletic span makes a difference in how they develop as an athlete then you have never really coached or developed athletes.

@jwehner4 @TrckFootball Looks like you don't know much about football or track. There have been about 15-20 guys who ran 10.2s or better in the 100m play in the NFL. Most of them in the 80-90s. Most coaches have no clue about athleticism these days.
