I just returned my kids to their mom. 2 years later and it’s still so dang hard to say bye to my kids each time. Particularly hard this time, after 17 days together. Gut wrenching. Hurts like Hell. I walked into my house that’s silent, moments before filled with love & laughter.

2 years ago today, my divorce became official.
While it hasn’t been easy the past 2 years, I have begun to find myself again, love me again, value myself again & find my potential again, in ways I wasn’t able to in a broken marriage of 12.5 years.
I’m grateful for all of you!

My ex has put me through absolute hell during the divorce process and after it was finished, over the past two years. Some real unforgivable crap. Today, I got a letter on behalf of the First Presidency, and my temple sealing is officially cancelled. Best news ever today!

Holy crap guys. I had a great weekend with my kiddos, but I’m missing them so dang much, since I dropped them off to their mom a couple hours ago. Like my heart is hurting so much, missing them so terribly much. My house is quiet and without laughter and love now, with them gone.

Just said goodbye to my kiddos after a wonderful weekend with them. It stings to say goodbye. Hurts like hell, quite frankly. Hasn’t gotten any easier over the last two years each time I have to say goodbye. My home now goes from joy, love and laughter, to silence and loneliness.

I get my kiddos from the time school gets out this afternoon clear until Christmas evening at 7PM! My heart is so happy! I can’t wait! I am so excited to get the first half of winter break this year with them and enjoy having them for Christmas this year!

Mixed emotions for me, as I just got the results back and found out that my son is on the autism spectrum and has ADHD and DMDD, just like his older sister. My heart aches for these challenges my kids have, but I’m relieved to have answers as well.

I surprised my kids at the school today and enjoyed spending lunch with them! I brought them their favorite cookie from Cutler’s, and favorite drink from Twisted Sugar, to go with their lunch. Highlight of my day! They melt my heart! They’re my all, and greatest source of joy!
