โฆ Whilst there has been incredible change across the various constructs of womenโs sport, there are many barriers to implementation at the coal-face. The future is bright, but aware of the challenges we must be in order to keep up with the path to gender equity in pro sport ๐

@Spineguys @DrJN_SportsMed I would say many of my female colleagues have started in menโs sport, & many (like me) intentionally remain in womenโs sport. I do think that the rise in womenโs sport will facilitate opportunity for all but the environments are crucial to improving gender equity amongst staff
