For the next 6 weeks, 60 runners in our community are participating in our 5th annual Tour de Lou Series! Each week we feature a different business & neighborhood to feature. Participants are encouraged to shop the business & promote the areas around! #spewaktraining4stl

It was so great to have Coach Spewak, Coach Stults, Coach Daum, & Coach Halley together at the Principia Indoor Track Meet on Friday evening! A huge congrats to Coach Halley & his staff for organizing such a great meet! #spewaktraining

Friday night was an amazing time watching Krista & Audrey crush a college indoor track meet! Krista broke the facility 5k record & Audrey had a fantastic race too. Super proud of them both! #spewaktraining
