Guys - I’m super proud. In the next couple of days I’ll step on the scale and weigh under 200 pounds for the first time in about 7 years. Then only another 20 pounds to hit my goal of 180. I feel so much more confident in myself now.

My company has what they call recharge weeks. Two are company wide where we all get the time off to recharge (coming up in a couple weeks ) and then two floating weeks to use at our discretion.
Along with that we get unlimited PTO. They truly care about w/l balance.
