A great day of stakeholder engagement with @south_crisis Suzanne! Promoting referrals to their admission avoidance service. Visited 2 EDs, 5 ambulance stations speaking to clinicians on barriers faced when referring. We also had free pens 🖊️ which were very popular! 🚑
