🔎 Empirically, we conduct a quantitative content and social network analysis of more than 600 Twitter accounts publicly associated with our case university. We analyze WHO the voices are, HOW the different voices interact, and WHAT topics the voices communicate about.

🗣 Conceptually, we suggest a typology distinguishing 8 voices based on their representational role (official vs. not official voice), hierarchical embeddedness (central vs. decentral voice), type (institutional vs. individual voice), and affiliation (current vs. former voice).
