Made this Mango Cheesecake for a colleague’s baby shower. Didn’t have time to take a pic initially but had a little leftover and was able to picture a slice! The flavors are out of this world and I also added a mango gel layer at the top. Used Agar Agar instead of gelatin and it turned out delicious. Have a sweet Saturday!
