I am presenting my JMP at the European Winter Meeting #EWMES of @econometricsoc on Tuesday Dec 17, at 13:30! The paper examines how raising women’s retirement age impacts younger coworkers' career opportunities in firms and confirms that coworkers’ careers are interdependent.

It provides evidence on the presence, magnitude, and sources of frictional costs faced by firms due to the extended careers of women, and analyzes the spillovers on their younger coworkers' promotions and external hiring, confirming that coworkers' careers are interdependent. 3/3
