If I never have to go back to Charlotte again, that would be great and that too never again on an @AmericanAir flight. My flight to EWR delayed. My friend’s flights to JFK and LGA delayed as well. No weather issues anywhere. They just can’t seem to sort out their staffing issues.

Here we go, @FedEx driver steals my package and instead of trying to help figure out, the customer service keeps arguing that it is marked delivered in their system.

@whatsayeezy @UPS I was just telling someone about my issue and he said he heard through the grapevine that @UPS drivers are running big scams and coming to work with labels with their own address. All these missing packages are being deliberately stolen and UPS is not doing a better job auditing.

@bosmanebenji @UPS It was a different employee of mine each time, wasn't even me. Someone at the UPS location is opening packages and stealing only high value pairs.

Negativity is my biggest motivator.

So, @ClosetsByDesign rescheduled me and the second designer didn't show up either. Asked for supervisor "Sorry, they're not available". What a total mess of a company. Will not recommend you guys to ANYONE ever again. What a garbage experience & a waste of 5 hrs of my time.
