taking 8 am classes has increased my mood too (efficiently + without supplements). there's sun from the commute and from walking on campus, plus the stairs from garages and libraries. i would prefer never to take late afternoon/night courses based on my experience
But it is the AM sunlight that is required to activate these conversion pathways, in addition to micronutrients like magnesium, copper, iron, vitamin C, vitamin B6, etc.

i think it's a bit of both, just depends where you look. i definitely see more "dollface" with social media, but high fashion models have always leaned to the "yang" side. bone structure really alters the perception though. hopefully "body positivity" becomes all inclusive soon
