Sainsbury's appear to be in denial: Spreading junk all over their stores and shelves to make it appear as if they have no shortage: I walked around a store today to help a friend shop there: Couldn't find anything much where expected. Of course they are Conservative supporters
Waitrose online are apologising for many of their usual products not being in stock, for the foreseeable it seems. These Brexit shortages are real and will not just, as in shopping with Waitrose, limit people’s ‘choices’ of grocery products, but limit people’s livelihoods &lives.

I was about 13 years old, chopping wood in our outside woodstore in Seacliffe South Australia when a redback spider (very poisonous) ran up my arm. We both waited patiently until she? dropped off - phew but I dared not move. I had only been in Australia for about 2 years then.

It helps to live in a "cafe society" like France or Serbia. People go to the cafe to drink their coffee and have their croissant, read the paper and then they start discussing politics and maybe a bit of football with friends or others in the cafe. I miss that a lot here!
