@diorclouds111 cycling 20-40 minutes + walking (or running but i personally don’t like it) on a treadmill 20-30 minutes. it does burn a lot and not that hard

@starvinglia water fast – yes, obviously but i’ve seen almost everyone drinking zero cals drinks during fasting so :/ fasting for your gut health has more strict rules but when it comes to disorder – depends on calories ig. more than 30-50 = liquid fast imo
