Well, blue Monday has turned out to be so true. At 12:30 today Bonnie passed. Cancer is a bitch. She was a lovely little individual, who fought for life until the end. Even had some breakfast this morning.

Morning all, Wednesday already. Well, I’ve been married 37 years today - to the same woman! Not sure how she has put up with me. We didn’t spend a fortune back then. My suit was an off the peg from Burtons and dresses for the good lady and bridesmaids were handmade.

Needed car washing, hate doing it. Found someone advertising on FB. Got there was 12 yo lad! Speaking to his older sister, he has been washing cars, selling plants, cutting grass. Anything. Bought his own PS5. He did a brill job.

5 years. Back in October 2018, at the age of 57, I was made redundant (after 27 years at that company). That was a stressful time in my life I can tell you. I was worried I’d never work again.
On this very day, standing in King’s Cross Station, I was offered a job!
