@smfjb_org I'm grateful to Dr Moon and all who are standing up on behalf of those who were harmed by the shots. The powerful have a lot to lose and it shows in how ruthlessly they go after dissenters. But we have truth on our side, which will ultimately prevail.

Cicero warned against legislators who would undertake to pass laws that violate the "laws of Nature and of Nature's God." The defining point of our Constitution is liberty based on Natural Law. Here is the clincher: people in government must be virtuous and moral or they will put laws in place that inflict punishment upon the good and protect the wicked. This is where we are at.

Section 1. Purpose. The Second Amendment is an indispensable safeguard of security and liberty. It has preserved the right of the American people to protect ourselves, our families, and our freedoms since the founding of our great Nation. Because it is foundational to maintaining all other rights held by Americans, the right to keep and bear arms must not be infringed. Sec. 2. Plan of Action. (a) Within 30 days of the date of this order, the Attorney General shall examine all orders, regulations, guidance, plans, international agreements, and other actions of executive departments and agencies (agencies) to assess any ongoing infringements of the Second Amendment rights of our citizens, and present a proposed plan of action to the President, through the Domestic Policy Advisor, to protect the Second Amendment rights of all Americans.

Cicero believed that the only reliable basis for sound government and just human relations is Natural Law. What Natural Law concepts are pointed to in our Constitution? Unalienable Rights Unalienable Duties Habeas Corpus Limited Government Separation of Powers Checks and Balances Right of Self-Preservation Laws Protecting Family and the Institution of Marriage Right to Bear Arms Justice by Reparation Principle of No Taxation Without Representation These are just a few examples that show how deeply rooted our Constitution is in the principles of NATURAL LAW.

Trump (Western District of Washington case no.: 2:25-cv-00127), Silent Majority Foundation joined an amicus brief filed by 18 States, including: Iowa, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming in SUPPORT of President Trump’s Executive Order Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship. SMF signed on to this amicus brief as the Citizenship Clause is not clearly defined, it is not a settled matter, and this is an opportunity to seek the court’s review of an important Constitutional issue.
