Why is USAID funded @AgoraCFR fighting Soviet trained @ProfNawangwe? Cold War again? As an alumnus who went thru 3 Vice Chancellors (2009–2013), I can tell that @ProfNawangwe is the best Makerere has had. He’s developed infrastructure, built systems & enforced Soviet discipline!

Meanwhile, there was a lot of happiness and smiles on prisoners' faces in Kitalya after the most NOTORIOUS prisoner SNITCH was this week transferred to another prison 😅😅😅 Guy was such a problem!
Eh, Kitalya took the whole day but we are back. Before I get back to the #MakerereUniversityExhibition, @kiizaeron, Yasin Ssekitoleko and some other Court Martial victims we visited today send you greetings and gratitude. They ask that you keep the pressure on until they regain their freedom. Yasin is threatening to go on a hunger strike if they are not released by Monday. Also, has @BalaamAteenyiDr been arrested yet? #FreeAllPoliticalPrisoners
