@cannabnoid finally getting help was the thing that saved me , i tried so hard to overcome it for so long and only gave in to asking for help when i felt it was my last chance at life , but it ended up saving me , and i could have done it so much earlier on if i wasnt so scared and ashamed

ok im still not sure because im worried that maybe im still wrong and not doing enough to fit the standards but logically i know thats probably just my disordered brain talking idk im not sure but anyway it looks like i do fit into the criteria so yay for that

whats the diagnostic criteria for anorexia again maybe i should check it

i might actually just be anorexic atp .. honestly idk .. i havent binged in over a year so its rly just starving that i do .. but i dont starve to the degree that some people do so idk if id be doing enough for it to count as "anorexic" ... idfk i just know its a source of stress

my daily routine has just been to omad every day and then get as high as possible
