Kevin Feige’s job is more complex than anyone understands. It’s not just about having great ideas for cool movies. The job is 80-90% execution and involves contract disputes, office politics, balancing competing creative visions, dealing with talent, etc. Not a job for a YTer
I’ve long since said Marvel Studios would be better served with a council of 9. 3 comic creators, 3 movie YouTubers and 3 comic YouTubers. I wouldn’t be on it but it would cover the bases of what fans like and how to tell stories that vibe with the source material

Movies shouldn’t be made by committee And just cuz you’re a fan of the movies and know a lot about the comics DOES NOT mean you are qualified to be an executive over a multi-billion dollar movie franchise A lot more goes into making movies than having good ideas
