These are 2 photos, almost 2 years apart.
I weigh basically the same in each. About 150 lbs.
In the first photo, I was around 18-20% body fat. In the second, I'm around 13-14%. That's not a huge difference, but my body composition looks very different.

I would go door-to-door trying to sell office supplies.
