Been in the mode to watch a bond. I was leaning towards Moonraker but as I saw it on the big screen last year and with the death of Topol I though this one be the better choice as it been a couple of years since I watched it. “I trust you had a pleasant "fright"!”

Not the laserdisc I normally play for Star wars as I normally play the Japanese Special Collection but I am being lazy and not wanting to get up 5 times. I thought i give this one a play from the Japanese Collector's Set.

Nice to see movies with there original audio mix and original presentation. Yes ITV is showing the movie tonight in its butchered state with the approved 5.1 and Lowery Digital Blu-ray master. Yes I do have to get up multiple times to change side and to change disc but worth it.

This is how I am going to celebrate StarWarsDay. I am going to watch the Trilogy via the Japanese Special Collection Laserdiscs from 86 & 87 these were the first Widescreen Releases.

There is only a few more bits then I can say no more Star Wars. Being the 4K releases, Couple of VHS, Clone Wars and Rebels need finishing and lastly a couple of Laserdiscs. All is left for me to say is I wish everyone a awesome day and may the force be with you.

A disc that I hardly spin but cool to have. This disc is to promote The Living Daylights. Roger Moore hosts a 1 hour show going back on the bond adventures. Mainly this is a clip show. This can be seen on the Living Daylights 2 Disc DVD and Blu-ray.

Time to see if my LD player will get thru this Bond Title. I can play my Japanese Man With The Golden Gun perfectly. Pity I can not play my THX version of this movie as this player flat out hates anything CAV and is very picky with CLV so here hoping.

Picked these up on my lunch break sadly HMV says Karate Kid Trilogy 4K has been discontinued which is very odd. So I go to eBay for that. Yes I will remove the CEX stickers as they are so annoying.

A very underrated and pretty obscure movie. Wish Warner Bros would Blu-Ray it. Great all-star cast Scott Bakula, Jasmine Guy, Kathy Najimy, John Rhys-Davies, Don Knotts, George Kennedy, René Auberjonois, Betty Lou Gerson. Plus an awesome score and songs by Randy Newman.

Only reason to get out this set is for the SLV version and for some reason this being the 2nd time I be watching it ever. I might as well enjoy it for what it worth. Yes I know Directors Cut is more the superior version but there something about seeing a TV version of a film.
