@WeatherDragon1 Adding to that. Basically the servers ran the game for years, without developers, without a support forum, nothing. The only reason it was running is because it was hosted on the same servers as ESO, and it was a pain to remove. It was bound to happen once they'd could.

@WeatherDragon1 Omg I haven't even noticed. I couldn't get this last year after thousand of attempts but getting everything else relatively easier. This year I don't have much time to play these days, so I log in just to get the tickets. Got the helmet randomly while doing so.
