this perk will be meta. u dont get broken, u dont need to save anyone else for it. if first chase puts wicked and otr then forces chase into basement the killer gets no pressure from that down at all. this is gonna make escaping in pubs so ridiculously easy

ok ive been thinking about blights speed nerfs, and after running some 1s i think its a tad too easy to react to now. im thinking maybe a better change would be to revert the speed nerf but make it so it doesn't stack after 3rd rush? im curious what others would think of that

i rly dont see the issue. if the survivors are good and have solid chases then pain res pop isn't as effective. the average survivor being horrible at the game makes this combo seem oppressive when in reality its not a big deal on like 95% of the roster
