In alignment with their Celebration of Black History campaign, the Sharks Foundation provided a $30,000 Community Assist Grant to @LocalColorSJ, an organization dedicated to keeping artists from all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders and sexual orientations engaged in their communities. Continuing to highlight our mini helmet designers from @LocalColorSJ, meet @tygordonsworld who designed a helmet for Tyler Toffoli. Born and raised in San Jose, Gordon started painting at the age of only 10 years old! You can bid on the helmet Gordon designed at starting tonight at 5 p.m.!

Shogun Shido is the next @LocalColorSJ featured artist for the Shark Foundation’s Celebration of Black History campaign. He focuses on crafting art that encourages its viewers to look introspectively, and that’s translated into the mini helmet he designed for @Logancouture. Bid on Shido’s helmet at beginning Thursday.

This past weekend the Sharks Foundation hosted its signature fundraiser, Sampling with the Sharks. The night was a massive success, raising more than $400,000 in gross revenue!
