it really does get to this when ur so deep into a restrictive ed; it’s not the food that scares you imo, it’s the calories and the feeling of a loss of self control. i remember crying whilst eating or having breakdowns midway through. it’s definitely real and not rare lol

smells really good, to me it’s like a fresh bakery smell when u put your nose real close to it
taste-wise, it’s very chewy (but that’s good esp if you wanna eat slower and more mindfully), doesn’t taste “good” per se but the macros and volume are good so it makes it worth it!!

worth the nearly $50 on amazon for a 12-pack actually for anyone in the us considering..
