Idk if this is just me being a big back or the way my bones are built but when I lay on my left side, my hip hurts from the pressure. Like only on my left side tho and like there’s not a lot of fat around my hip bones either so what’s with that?😭😭😭

Why did I slack taking my meds and I had a manic episode?? Like usually I can feel my anger boiling but it just came out today. Like 😫😫😫😫😫. I can’t control it. I only can prevent the whole episode by my meds. There’s nothing that calms me down from that peak😭😭😭

Sooooo I’m thinking about just doing a liquid fast. I drink my protein shakes to take my medication anyway. I know that breaks my fast but like …. It’ll still be less than what I’m eating. It’s basically a 24 hour fast tho. I’ll do it next week and let yall know. Fuck it we ball

Sometimes I hate the human body bc why is my waist getting snatched but it’s not showing on the scale? Also my waist has consistently been going down but my arms and thighs are literally not budging. Like they’ve only went down half an inch this last month😭😭😭😭

You guys I think I hit my honeymoon phase😃😃😃. I eat the same foods everyday and I intensely exercise. I think I’m actually locked in hopefully🫠

The only perk of being overweight is burning more cals I swear I did like 75 mins of cardio and burned like 714 cals. I also found an equation to calculate it. I’m so happy I love math😃😃😃
