I’m at ~195lbs body weight now. Quite the ride since I was 135 in 2018, when I started lifting seriously. It’s time I switch to a more cardio/conditioning focused routine - one that I’ve been developing with ranger school in mind. Wish me luck, or even join me in this journey?
