Hi I am writing to highlight how private banks are cheating. My wife has HDFC credit card,last month ignorantly paid Rs 57.58 less,for which HDFC levied Rs.405 as finance charges, is it justified?If same mistake would have happened by HDFC ,will they have paid same amount???
