Sebagai awardee to Keio (yes the one with the 0.8% acceptance rate 🧍♀️) I based my essays on other IISMA unis dari region yang sama (karena Japan juga pertama kali beneran jalan di batchku) dan my research focused on answering essay No 2 yg engagement.

To conclude, sure IISMA tu merit based. Tapi pure meritocracy can only occur when everyone punya equal standing points. Yang IUP tolong sadar akan privilege kalian. But at the same time don't lash it out to us, since we are also fellow players like you who contribute to tax.

2. I chose IUP fully realizing the costs which at first my family was able to cover but due to factors such as COVID 19, we suffered financially. This meant that we struggled to even live, let alone pay tuition dan exchange ke luar. Jangan pukul rata IUP students.

Berkali2 I say this ke banyak orang "Keio di portal IISMA tu pilihan ke2 ku".
So urutan doesn't really matter. You will be put di pilihan yang menurut para assessor IISMA paling cocok buatmu.
aku awardee iisma! 2023, host uni pil ke-2 lbh ketat dr host uni 1 (D3T, applicants thn sebelumnya, dll). tp, aku DITERIMA di pil ke-2.
jd ini buat reminder aja klo urutan host uni itu gaada yg tau, ada bnyk faktor, gak kaya snmptn. aku urutin sesuai interest. (cont)

I use the STAR (situation, task, action, result) structure biar jelas apa yang mau ku ceritakan.
Aku juga answer based on how I brand myself to the world (my interests, goals, abilities).

Dorm life di Keio SFC tu beneran se seru itu! Plenty of events such as BBQ, Halloween, Christmas, and many more to mingle with fellow residents. I even watched a baseball match and played card games sama teman2 asrama. Se welcoming itu sumpah H Village 🫶

Sorry but unless berangkatnya cepat seperti Yale, you can't just determine by yourself when to make your visa. You still have to participate in predep series, SDGs, and more which takes around 2 to 3 months before leaving to your respective host universities. Ada proses ya bun 🙏🏼

Similar to how I wrote my essay, I use the STAR structure to describe my various achievements & organizations. Dari awal masuk kuliah aku juga ikut specific organizations and competitions yang in line with how I want to be branded (e.g. public speaking).

1. Visa: Japan is very affordable, 330rb for student visa (plus 200rb VFS fees not reimbursed karena buat visa di kuningan). Aku juga request buat paspornya diantar jadi another 100rb (not reimbursed). Jadi total 631rb with only 330rb reimbursed.
