Considering that @RockWithboAt doesn't repair their products if physically damaged. Now that I have to purchase a new watch, I want to know @gonoise @fireboltt__ @Fastrack do you offer repairs on physical damages or if there's damage, the watch again goes to waste?

@RockWithboAt As a feedback, @amangupta0303 I guess there should be some policy related to repairing products as the products are bought for the long term by the customers and are on the higher cost end as well.

@RockWithboAt Okay, so there's no way that it can get repaired? I understand you can't take warranty or guarantee for physical damage, but there could be a way to get it repaired? I don't want the watch to go waste. Just used it for 20 days and now it's a waste.

Really looking for a resolution here atleast. I'm ready to bear the cost of repair associated but would like to atleast get it repaired as it was a gift and I don't want to throw it.
