@henrysaye I think Ryan is done now unfortunately, but Lesnar was a beast and Mir was the man back then too! Had to have his mma gloves tailor made as his hands were so big. Lesnars daughter is wrestling now too, I wonder if she will follow her dad?

@henrysaye Yes, Chris was a purple belt when I started with him. Wrestling is huge in mma, as you know more than most we’re just a bit behind with it in the uk.
