@PAULSAU39022947 I’m so sorry to hear that. I don’t think it is an either or situation. We should be improving palliative care but I strongly feel that AD should be an option for those who want that. My grandad certainly did.

@drphilhammond Exactly! As good as palliative care can be, some people want to make their own decisions about when they die - my grandfather who had metastatic lung cancer was denied that choice and it haunted him as he had the slowest and evilest decline
