@bJ0RKcs @lorthehero Depends really if you want to gain strength do less volume if you are training for muscle do more reps - 5 sets is probably too much

@bJ0RKcs @lorthehero 5x5 on deadlifts is way too much volume if ur doing anythint over 170 do some 3x3 works a lot better
