Yes it's super cool this was added. But also it's super weird there's only one black artist on the R&B radio. The genre originated in african-american communities in the 40s and the majority of R&B artists are black. It's just very weird and they should fix that.

Can confirm it's happening in my game as well. Tested in a brand new save file without any mods and you can clearly see her face has been altered when using the Get Famous hairstyling chair and clicking "Keep style"
⚠️ Attention Simers ⚠️ The genetics bug has not been fully fixed with the latest e-patch!! Now when using the styling chair from get famous and using "keep style" on a new hair style, the same deformation happens to teen sims as before with the wearing of jewellery!!
