5. hideable safe foods!!! dollar tree sells much smaller packages of traditional safe foods or things that just look eating disordery like boxes of stevia, so if you want to be discreet you can hide ingredients much easier if you get them from dollar tree

personally i’m not a fan of dollar tree’s freeze dried mixed fruit or strawberries since they make their freeze dried strawberries differently, but (when in stock) they sell 60cal packs of freeze dried apples for $1.25 that’d cost $4.99 at a cvs!!!

you may feel like you can drive just fine or like you are mentally the same, but your reaction times driving are NOT the same when you’re doing low res or fasting. don’t drive when you could be putting your own life or others at risk. being skinny isn’t worth killing people.
i cannot stress this enough: if you as an adult are doing low res, do everything you can to NOT DRIVE while fasting unless you have eaten right before
