Komatsuna stew
1. fry 2 pieces of garlic with 2 table spoons of sesami oil.
2. add 300g of komatsuna and 200g of sliced pork rib.
3. add 6 table spoons of japanese sake and 1 and half of soy sause based soup stock.
4. cover the pan. then cook them on a low heat thoroughtly.
