@ravihanda I did exactly few years back and started eating ~ 1 pm and 7 in evening. Then slow it shifted to ~ 10:30 in morning and 4:30 in evening. I lost ~ 12 kgs for good. Feel much fit and full body checkups show just 2 deficiencies - Vitamins B12 and D (not loosing on any nutrition)
