You won’t read a word in the local media against anything the council does here in Bath. Bath is in desperate need of a reputable investigative journalist. We had a journalist called Stephen Summers not long ago who criticised the council and he was moved on in weeks as a result.

Here, in Bath, they don’t wonder why footfall is declining (most recently for the Christmas Market for example), our council is determined to reduce footfall by restricting access to shops / city centre(s), remove parking spaces, extortionate parking fees etc…

I felt like a proud father today when I saw the Green Park Road Car Park full! There was even a traffic warden on patrol! All the LibDems told me it couldn’t be done and I was wasting my time. 100 spaces £3.60p 2h is a great earner for BANES! A good job done!
