@kcalcinhabranca @thinhaech po, eu n sou la boa em fazer contas, mas acho que é bem possÃvel viu aquelas medidas da tabela são em cima de 100g de bombom, se um só deu 0.006kg (6g, no caso), ela teria que comer papo de 15+ bombons pra fechar 100g sei la, just a thought

@noellslaments working during the morning (i actually should be sleeping rn) doing chores in the afternoon and probably watching modern family with my hubby-to-be otherwise i'll play some minecraft with my rpg buddies would love to become friends 🫶

@halotopdelight i think so. i mean, i'm a teacher, and there are these moments where i'm alone in my classroom, and it IS tempting to go out and have a milkshake or something but when i'm active, it gets easier to just not stuff my mouth with food

@moospins nuts are cool if you put them in salads (like lettuce, cucumber, green bell pepper and a handful of cashew nuts) some 0cal sodas or sparkling water (a lifesaver imo) some powdered sweetener that you can use in the oven (you can make some 1kcal cookies!) oh, and ofc, eggs!
