lol.. first you said plant don't have essential amino acid then you say they "may" have essential amino acid. This is settled science all plants have enough quantity all essential amino acids in varing proportion. In a plant based diet with variety of sources there is more than enough amino acids that body required. You can close your eyes to facts but truth doesn't change. Carry on !

PDCASS and DIASS is calculated by feeding a pig raw food and then checking digestibility by testing faeces. This wasn't scientific since after the ileum the protien was digested by bacteria. Hence the DIASS was created which measured the digestibily till the ileum. These has no relevance in protien absorption in a healthy human.
