In UPSSSC JE 2018 NOTIFICATION there was a specific exclusion clause to exclude degree holders as you can see in the image itself.
UPSSSC has now removed that clause from the new JE 2024 notification.
Therefore, Btech degree holders are requested to apply for this recruitment
