@PrasoonRaj_13 @RCBTweets Mind-boggling. Rajat is a good batter and has a calm head as well, but to lead RCB you need to have the X factor which is missing. Have met him personally, doesn't seem to be commanding. A gentle guy, which might not be the right trait for an IPL captain.

@peeyushsharmaa I think fans still care about the ODIs, the overdose of T20Is and selective play by the big names has harmed it a lot. Every Indian fan loves to see a Virat or Rohit ODI hundred. Big runs, big chases, tricky defences. To keep the format alive they need to have more games.

His highest score outside Asia is 31, and since Gabba 91. Rohit Sharma, and Virat Kohli are dusted, no one is justifying their place. Gill needs to understand his talent and deliver. Has wasted too much time. The modern-day KL Rahul of test cricket. At least the stats suggest that.
