We visited the astonishing @Pitt_Rivers, crammed full of interesting objects and artefacts from around the world. We only had time to scratch the surface in terms of exploring its treasures!

We were spoilt by having two delicious dinners in the Tudor Great Hall @ChCh_Oxford under the watchful gaze of King Henry VIII. On Saturday night, we even had the Hall all to ourselves.

We had a very peaceful Oxford River Cruise, a round trip leaving from, and returning to, The Folly.

One of the highlights of our weekend was meeting Donal, an Irish Wolfhound, standing in for Roy, Professor Presbury's dog from The Creeping Man. Donal was a delight, and it was lovely to hear all about him from his owners.
