Coarse-grained molecular simulations have emerged as good models of the sequence-ensemble map (Mpipi, Calvados, and more) So - we bridge ML & stat. physics to directly invert simulations to design IDP sequences with tailored ensemble functions incl. sensors, binders, and loops!
