Consume sugar rarely. Keep it out of your system. Use Mishri or Honey instead. Honey blends extremely well with Fruit juices. For tea, coffee and veggies use Mishri. Cakes, Ice creams, pastries are indirect culprits to several health problems when you are older than 25-27.
