Bake Off Technical Week 6: Lemon & Thyme Bundt cake I mean… I take issue with carrot in a cake, so thyme? Forget about it! Totally unnecessary (& thankfully subtle) Props to the flimsy silicone mould that managed to retain this shape - Very pretty! #GBBO #BakeOffBakeAlong

@Dogtor_Erin Haha, not in a cake! You have to understand… I’m barely over carrot being included in a cake, so thyme is practically criminal in my book! (Thankfully, I the recipe was quite subtle) In fairness, the tea biscuits weren’t bad either 😉
