At a work away day (ugh) yesterday, I sat at a table with a group of our PhD students for one of the tasks. We were asked to talk about examples of best practice in our teaching and I think our table went in a very different direction to the others... 🧵

@RogersHistory @naomicfisher It isn’t really about disrespect. It’s that you are saying out loud that to fix a problem you should only listen to those with one view of it. That expertise can only come from one direction. That listening to lived experience is pointless. It’s just an oddly limited approach.
