I’ve done 100h+ liquid fasting which is not as impressive but I’m surprised that I managed it in the middle of an intense b/p cycle

I used to fear easter but I have accepted my fate this year. I cannot escape the binge cycle so I am looking forward to not having to waste my own money on chocolate for maybe 2 whole days

Ate a diabolical amount of ice cream and didn’t see much of it come up so I’m a little concerned

binged again. if I cant purge I’m gonna set myself on fire

I don’t remember the exact number but I believe i was around 45-50kg which is not far off from where I am now LOL i didn’t grow after primary school
