honestly, social media is a double-edged sword. It’s great and all, but if you overdo it, it can really suck you in and can result in isolation from other people, put a lot of mental pressure on you. Some people might have stronger personalities or more confident, but others are more fragile (including me) so it’s really important to be mindful and not spend too much time on it. T^T it's okay to step back when it feels overwhelming. Sending you lots of strength and positivity! 🤍
