back at a commercial gym tdy, did secondary squats & chest, went pretty routine, largely focused on hypertrophy; btw offer for 4k still stands until 11:59 PM MDT 😉
post-gym shower pic, did a deadlift deload and chest today, starting to recover from the accumulated fatigue, will attempt to do a primary squat day tmrw :)
primary deadlifts & heavy bench, 185/407 + 105/231 top-set singles; good start to the week I guess…might attempt another SBD on Thursday if I’m not too fatigued by then 😅
did secondary squat and chest tdy, due to my calf sprain had to fore go my usual routine and use hack & belt squat machines instead; also made tteokbokki today 😋
secondary squats & chest volume tdy, lower back felt better but still felt issues with my brace, prolly will do a deload for tmrw for deadlifts lest it feels better by then :)
