alright chest volume but pretty meh secondary deadlift not helped by a slight sprain on my right calf, was feeling pretty good until today 😓

primary deadlifts & heavy bench, 185/407 + 105/231 top-set singles; good start to the week I guess…might attempt another SBD on Thursday if I’m not too fatigued by then 😅

secondary squats & chest volume tdy, lower back felt better but still felt issues with my brace, prolly will do a deload for tmrw for deadlifts lest it feels better by then :)
